I am currently working at MTBC as client relationship manager.Apart from this i am working as a trainer as well,i give training related to medical ensure complete client satisfaction with company's product. Training, monitoring and evaluation of the clients also included in my responsibilities.I have to keep an eye on variations/modifications to be brought in company's product in line with newly introduced rules and On the whole to keep all the clients satisfied with the company is my duty.From 2013 to 2014 i worked as quality assurance specialist at touchstone communications.There i had to assure the best quality of the work.I used to participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs,maintaining compliance and quality assurance was my first and basic duty on daily basis.
I had to ensure an accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring telephone calls; recommending improvements.Also i had to determine telemarketing quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls and customer service presentations; conducting test calls to telemarketing service representatives on new products.
