1. Hours of Operation
I am available to work on projects during the following hours:
• Monday to Friday: [from 9 am to 9 pm] (UTC +6)
• Saturday & Sunday: Limited availability (for urgent projects only)
• Holidays: Negotiable on a case-by-case basis
I strive to respond to messages within 12-24 hours during business days.
2. Payment Terms
To ensure smooth transactions, I follow these payment terms:
• Payment Methods: [Skirll, Wise, Payoneer etc.]
• Payment: For new clients, I require 25% advance payment before starting work.
• Milestone Payments: For large projects, payments will be divided into milestones. Each milestone must be approved before proceeding to the next stage.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the final delivery of files.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if I fail to deliver work as agreed. Revisions will be offered to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Preferred Communication Style
• I prefer written communication (chat, or freelancer platform messages) to maintain clear records of project discussions.
• For urgent matters, scheduled Zoom/Skype/Google Meet calls can be arranged.
