Office Clerk
Responsible to prepare records and filing. To make sure all the filing neatly arranged and well prepared. To manage all letters and documents to be send out especially during trade mission and programme. Other than that, responsible to answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. To sort out and distribute incoming email and prepare outgoing email to the appropriate person in charge. To key in investors data into Salesforce is one of the new task. Lastly, report and receive direction from HOD / Manager.
