E-mail Marketing

I joined the study of the digital marketing Nano Degree program through Udacity, My study in Udacity is one of the most important educational experiences, I gained a lot of experience and skills, and I learned the following:
- Introduction to content marketing.
- Plan content strategy.
- Create and curate content.
- Optimize landing page and be able to understand UX.
- Measure the impact.
- Social media marketing.
- Email Marketing.
- Freelancing skills.
And I am a Fresh graduate from Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, BIS Department Helwan University in Cairo (2020), My objectives to develop my skills, gain experience. So, Besides my studies, I joined student activities, many internships and courses in Digital Marketing to gain more experience, I have skills in Time management, communication, Microsoft office skills, content creating and email skills.

My previous experience was in the banking field, such as: Banque Misr (07/2019 to 08/2019)& Alex Bank in Cairo (08/2019 to 09/2019).

Job Title: Training in different departments of the bank.
Main Responsibilities: studying the materials of each department of the bank such as: Customer Service, Credit department.
Learning and gaining experience in some areas such as: Effective communication skills, solving problems and taking decision, loan, sales, customer service, Teller& Administrative Affairs departments.

I also have experience in programming and web design and joined SCCI, which is a student activity in Cairo (06/2019 to 09/2019).

Job Title: A participant at students’ conference on communication and Information, Student Activity.
Main Responsibilities: Learning and practicing some designing, programming languages as: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JAVA Script.
