Experienced Executive Assistant
Graduated from HEC Lausanne (Master of Economics), I worked for almost 8 years at Société Générale Bank Morocco. From 2006 to 2008, I was a Forex Sales Manager and managed the FX operations of a portfolio 80 corporate clients. Then, I worked as a Junior Corporate Relationship Manager for 2 years, then as a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager for 3,5 years (from March 2010 to August 2013). As a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager, I was in charge of managing a portfolio of 50 large corporates with an overall size of more than 300 Million EUR. I have proven highly efficient at delivering a very proactive service to my clients, developing and securing the commitments of my portfolio and therefore enhancing the net banking income of the Bank.
On September 2013, I joined FANSIP as a Business Development Manager. I manage a team of 5 Sales Representatives in order to:
- market CRM solutions and VOIP minutes to call centers in Europe (France, Italy, Spain) and MENA Region
- sell turnkey installations to call centers in Morocco
- build strong sales and marketing strategies
I have the skills to apply for an Executive Assistant position:
- A 3 years experience working as a Senior Business Development Manager in an important IT Company
- A 3,5 years experience working as a Senior Corporate Relationship Manager at Société Générale
- Proven track record of supporting the Director of the Large Corporate Division in Société Générale
- Deep experience of working with Microsoft suites
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Strong motivation and ability to execute projects till success
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple stakeholders and demands
Work Terms
Nb of hours: More than 30 hrs/week
Min salary: 20$/hr
