I have 5 year experience in these tools. plus i can draw Housing Society plan. i am civil Engineer in Grade and Got Gold Medal in top Ranking university University of Engineering Technology Lahore, Pakistan.

Work Terms

Minimum Project Value under 50 USD.
25% advance on signing of contract
75% on final delivery

a) 20% as project advance,
b) 30% on approval of design
c) 25% on milestones completion,
c) 25% (remaining) final payment on project completion and handing over site to clients possesion with QC and full testing
