Work Terms

1. Availability:

• I am available for projects from 6 PM to 12 PM (UTC+5), Monday through Sunday.

2. Communication:

• I am committed to maintaining clear and prompt communication. I can be reached via Guru messaging. Response time is typically within 24 hours.

3. Project Scope and Deadlines:

• Each project will have a clearly defined scope and agreed-upon deadlines. Any changes to the project scope or timelines will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before implementation.

4. Payment Terms:

• Payments are to be made via Guru’s SafePay escrow system for mutual security and satisfaction. Payment milestones will be established based on project phases or deliverables.

5. Revisions:

• I offer a specified number of revisions based on the project size and complexity. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed separately.

6. Confidentiality:

• I respect the confidentiality of all client information and projects. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request to ensure the security of sensitive information.

7. Deliverables:

• All deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., Word documents, PDFs, design files) and will be checked for quality and accuracy before submission.

8. Intellectual Property:

• Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights of the completed work will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

10. Termination Policy:
