• Been single point of contact for key accounts and provide periodic updates to management pertaining to sales funnel & forecast of order intake to the management.
• Devise and execute action plans to assist RSMs in achieving desired results and goals within their assigned territories through Salesforce CRM and sales data analysis
• Actively involved in entire process from inquiry to cash (I2C) including Pre-Order and Post-Order processes, handling client enquiries, techno-commercial offers, order processing, product dispatch and payment follow up.
• Provide manufacturing schedule and periodic updates to customer on orders.
• Provide technical support to End Users and OEMs, to enhance customer relations.
• Maintain working relationships with other entities including other employee partners, departments and
customers.
