I am An Operations Supervisor since March 2013 until present. Managed over 50 employees while compiling production reports, prioritize and delegate tasks, and follow through on all assignments. Assessed areas for improvement while gathering feedback from staff to ensure that customer expectations are met. Actively listened to the clients needs and recommended products to meet their requirements. Supported sales reps and managers by providing information on various programs and making adjustments to accounts as needed. Coordinated with other departments throughout the organization on special projects. Trained department in new computer software programs (PKMS) during implementation and refresher training as needed. One of the huge projects that I handled was Club Monaco E-Commerce account, that's when my company decided to start the E-Commerce business, I managed to train over 70 Employees on how to use the system, execute and process orders in a timely manners. I have also introduced a method that sped up the process of the returned items. Created SOP's with all the process step by step. Created incentives to assist team in meeting weekly goals and boost team morale. I got promoted and got the employee of the year award. Maintained a customer satisfaction rate of 96% for 2019. Hit and exceeded sales KPIs by 35% for the months of October, November, and December in 2019. I managed the opening process of four new stores to Nordstrom from scratch and handled all customer requirements and fulfilled their orders.

I have been using Microsoft office since I started my work career over 10 years ago but recently I added to my skillset a new tool which I have been using for the past year ( Coding) I decided to study Data Analysis and I got my certificate and able to use Python. One of the things that I mastered for the past two years was Pivot table and how to play around with the tools. Using Pivot table has dramatically helped me with generating reports that I used at work
