Immensely skilled in customer service
Hello again, i have worked on an account for Amazon.co.uk then moved on to working for Amazon.com. For my positions held at both companies, my job duties were to replace and refund even track packages for customer, handle customer calls and queries, send emails to each customer, check customer feedback and perform administrative tasks where necessary. I have also done sales and marketing in my home country as well as for clients online. I have done a couple of freelancing jobs online and worked directly with clients. I love working from home as i find it very productive and convenient. I can't wait to show you how productive i am as i will definitely become an asset for your company.
Work Terms
I am available to work on all days of the week plus weekends. I am able to work overtime and make sure everything gets done. I can work early mornings or late nights. I work on Eastern standard time.
