I have an MA in Economics with specialization in growth and sustainable development from the American University in Cairo (AUC). I also obtained my BA in Economics and a minor of Mass Communications from the American University in Cairo (AUC). My education has equipped me very well with strong analytical and communication skills needed to properly outreach and disseminate relevant messages to diverse audience.
At the professional level, I have accumulated more than twenty years of professional experience designing and implementing communication strategies and program management with an extensive involvement with not-for-profit, international and governmental organizations, both in Egypt and abroad. As a communications manager, I have developed several communications channels on different levels with all constituencies; researchers, donors, academics, and students. Working in a research-based-setting has been an integral part of all the communications projects and activities I conducted so far. Having lived, worked and studied in different communities, I am very capable of working in a diverse culture and adapting and contributing quickly in a new environment.

I usually operate from 9 to 5 Cairo Local Time.
