I am a Kenyan Citizen with a valid residence permit, moved to Botswana from Kenya August 2015 to be with my family. I hold a degree in Human Resources Management majoring in Human Resources Management with vast experience in Office Administration. I am currently working as a Diaspora Bank agent parttime.
Some of my main areas of specialization are as below.
Day to day running of the office, by ccoordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure effective performance
Organising for all the local and international travels for both local employees and expatriates.
Ensuring work permits are ready for the expatriates, aliens cards and renewals are on check
Submitting timely reports and preparation of presentations/proposals as assigned
Office supplies procurement and ensuring proper usage of the office consumables e.g printing papers, toners, By taking stock and ordering when necessary
