Work Terms

• Very Good knowledge on computer operations.
• A college graduate with English language expertise and efficient in English typing experience required.
• Good & Fast English Typing
• Have to good knowledge about Computer problem and Solution.
• Must have skilled in report writing both in English.
• Knowledge of the Internet, email and Microsoft Office i.e. MS-Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability of take dictation and typing (65+ words minute).
• Preparation of equipment for operations by accessing software in computer loading paper into printers and plotters preparing for output.
• Repair and maintenance of software and hardware issues on desktops and laptops.
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies.
