A software developer with over 11 years experience in design and development of Java/Spring based applications, web services, application integration using MULE, JBoss and Spring Integration

My experience in 11 years is mainly on the design and development, prior to that I worked for 3 years in academics, so can take up assignments of training. I prefer to work on server side development instead of client side/UI, as an architect and a developer, I very well understand the clients requirements and prefers that the requirements are very clear right from the starting and a good background is explained before taking up the work.
DUring the starting, I always start with POC so that my direction of design and understanding is right and is verified, and I always try to first assess and fix up the external dependencies so that they do not impede my progress.

Work Terms

I can work 2-3 hours daily over weekdays and 5-6 hours during weekends, my preferable times are 11:00 pm to 02:00 am IST. Preferable modes of communication is over skype calls and emails.
