I write any design from sketch and development of drawing for Japanese construction company.

I started to draw on 1995 with JWW-CAD (Japanese CAD software), and moved to AutoCAD on 2001. Up to now, Design drawing development is my ability; From survey result drawing, reinforcement steel bar cutting and bending schedule, Electric cabling and hydraulic piping drawing. And submit as build drawing for Client at the end of the work.

When I had small free time, I write any small house design for prototype, especially for campaign residential house. Please find it in the attached file.

Work Terms

Respect of instruction and exchange idea are the basic of work, so I am very serious about deadline, it means that my work time depend of request.

For communication, I have account on Skype and WhatsApp. I prefer to use Instant Messenger than the phone, that I use only to receive your SMS when you want to connect with me.

I use Credit card for income payment, and if you are not satisfy with my work just tell me. I will not charge you, my target is to keep our relationship and to work together.
