Preferred communication through Guru's messaging system for tracking and record-keeping.
Response time is typically within 24 hours during business days.

2. Availability:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM .
Urgent requests or work outside these hours can be accommodated by prior arrangement and may incur additional fees.

3. Project Scope and Revisions:

A detailed project scope will be agreed upon before work begins.
Includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms:

Payments are managed through Guru's SafePay system for security and transparency.

5. Pricing:
