I've been in BPO industry for almost 6 years now and been with different positions as well: Account Representative, Quality Assurance Expert, Technical Representative & Technical Support Supervisor. Fulfilling this roles has given me a lot of challenges and opportunities as well, gaining experiences on how to handle a specific task, time management, delivers the positive output, and most importantly how to handle different types of personalities.

My hobbies are reading books specific to success stories, daily exercise and watching movies.

Work Terms
