I have been a VA for several years now. I am an expert in Zendesk, Shopify, ShipStation, Facebook, Google Docs and Stripe and all Microsoft Office applications. I am well versed in research and can navigate my way around a computer and internet while blindfolded. My goal is to lift the burden of tedious tasks off your back so you can focus on other important aspects of running a successful business.

I grew up in Florida where I was an honor student and in the student body. About 3 years ago I moved back to my native country, Colombia, to take care of my aging

parents. I discovered Upwork (elance.com at that time) and began taking small editing/writing projects. It was nice but I wanted something more permanent and long term! I began applying for CSR positions and fell in love with the whole operation! I love being able to talk to people all around the world, especially in the United States, as it reminds me of my life back home in Florida.

I found a cool e-commerce store owner and managed his 3 online businesses for several months until he stopped running promotional campaigns. His sales slowly started to decline, and soon enough there was no longer enough work for me to complete. I offered to help him create content for Facebook Ads, emailing campaigns and ect, however he declined. I was very sad to see those stores die! They took a piece of my heart with them So now I'm back on the market! I'm hoping to find a solid and stable company so that my heart can be full again!
