I am a dynamic person who are used to work in short deadline, structural minded, dedicated, attention to details, possess a strong analytical skill.

I graduated from Architecture studies in 2010 from Universitas Pelita Harapan.

Then I decided to look for non-architectural job, and try my luck on Property industry, which still related to my studies.

I got my first job 2 months after graduation, and it was in a property consultant named Knight Frank Indonesia. I work there for 2 years, and at first as a Valuer for housing, then got promoted as a Corporate Valuer after six months, which done valuation for buildings such as Hotel, Office Building, Superblocks, etc.
From there, I got a chance to learn on how to build a financial modelling, creating a financial forecast, analysis on financial statement, investigation on frauds in property. And the fun part is I got a chance to go and visit other cities in Indonesia, for business purpose.

In 2012 I move to Stadard Chartered Bank Indonesia as a Real Estate Technical Service Officer. Then after 2 years, I promoted as Secured Lending Officer, which manage the policy and portfolio of the Bank's Mortgage activities.

From there, I got hired by Bank OCBC NISP in early of 2015, and got the position as Secured Policy Manager. The same role as my last position in Standard Charetered Bank Indonesia, but in a higher level.

Working in a Bank has deepen and improving my skill in using Ms Excel.

Work Terms

Since I am familiar and used to work in Ms Excel in my daily, I can guarantee you that I will be able to finish the assignment in a short time (based on how much the data and how detail the job is).

I prefer to be paid using paypal, but bank transfer will also be fine.
