Hi my name is Natasha. I'm an enthusiastic, energetic and hard working individual with over 12 years experience in the creative and marketing industries eagerly looking for exciting new projects ranging from logo design and graphic design through to website development, social media, EDMs, digital marketing and anything else you throw at me.
I understand the importance of client satisfaction and apply my knowledge and skills into producing creative and innovative solutions for all projects that meet the business needs of each client. I always put in extra effort to ensure a client is pleased with the finished product.

For individuals – From design, printing or handcrafted your wedding invitations, stationery and other bespoke items to creating graphics for your beloved boat or guitar, I can help with your design needs.

Work Terms

My working hours are flexible and I'm available to you as needed. I'm always checking my emails (unless I'm asleep) so if I'm unable to take your call at anytime, simply flick me an email with your request and I can get back to you asap to you let you know what's possible and how I can help.
When discussing your project a schedule will be established to determine when deliverables need to be completed.

For projects that have a set budget and agreed total amount my payments terms are generally 50% deposit and final payment due upon completion, this varies depending on the project type e.g. for design work final payment is due prior to handover of design files and for website projects final payment is due before the website is made live.
For ongoing smaller work this is billed per hour for time taken to complete after the work has been completed.

For communication I prefer emails but happy to chat on the phone when needed.
When starting work for with a new client I like to arrange a meeting to connect with you and discuss your needs. If within the Sydney area this meeting can be in person with coffee. If interstate or international this can be simply over a call at an arranged time that suits both parties.
