I started my carrier with Bank of America Continuum Solutions ltd(KPO ) backend banking operations for Service request processes. learned KYC /documentation /AML guidelines. Then 5y in HDFC Life insurance CO ltd managing retail branch operations and administrative task. Acquired skills in Customer service, objection handling, scrutiny of proposal doc verification maintaining quality, processing service requests, claims, vendor management etc.Then started career in retail Branch banking- YES bank ltd. 3 years of expertise in Retail Branch Banking and Corporate banking segment . Then worked with Allianz Technology- AGCS in General insurance back end operations.Acted as an intermediary between US Department of Motor Vehicle and AGCS in reviewing, researching, reporting and clearing the rejects, verifications etc within TAT and consecutively maintaing 100% Quality, related to all LOB's Commercial Auto policy.

My hobbies include listening to music, like practising martial art /yoga and medication depending on mood. Recently learned swimming, started learning drawing skill.Taking care of my family and kids.
