Navan is a very driven person who is willing to learn and adapt to clients needs. I had a last minute deliverable that needed to be completed and he did not get discouraged by the quick turnaround. Navan helped me complete the 1st Ops Manual for my company with swift accuracy and the utmost professionalism. He was able to take my somewhat scattered thoughts as I wrote the content and organize it into a format that was suitable for using as a training tool for new employees. He researched those roles of the company which were lacking content and his artistry with our workflow sketches was impeccable and very much appreciated. He is very good at taking rough concepts, inferring where you want to end up, and rendering a product that incorporates your key elements in a polished final draft manner. He was also quite available, very responsive, and very understanding of my hectic schedule, while still being able to keep me on track to meet the deadline we had set forth for this project. All my future projects such as this will be sent straight to Navan. He brings much value to his work and I'm pleased to have been able to collaborate with him on this venture.
