Availability: I am available for communication via email, chat, or video calls. My standard working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pakistan time). However, I am flexible for urgent tasks or deadlines outside these hours.
Project Scope & Timeline: All project details will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting. This includes deliverables, deadlines, and milestones. I ensure regular updates on project progress to maintain transparency and adjust as needed.
Payments: Payment terms will be as per the agreed milestones or upon project completion. I prefer upfront payments for smaller tasks or phased payments for long-term projects. Payment methods include Upwork, PayPal, or bank transfers.
Revisions: I offer up to 2-3 revisions per task to ensure satisfaction, depending on the complexity of the project. Any additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur extra costs, which will be communicated upfront.
Confidentiality: I guarantee the confidentiality of all information shared during the project. Any sensitive data or proprietary information will be handled with utmost care.
