I am Naveen . Born nd Brought up in a small Town Of Delhi Named Najafgarh I have Completed My studies From Delhi Itself And then Preparing for Govt Jobs As many peoples in India do But after many attempts I Am Not get Selected in any Exam So I Start working with Snapdeal As a Delivery Executive My nature of work is to get the Good from Dealer And deliver that to Warehouse But I am Not Satisfied with That work I want Something which I am Capable of doing And due to this I Quit My Job After 1 Year And Start searching New job Then I came To know About R K Securities which Basically Deals in Loans And Life insurance I have Worked Their for 2 Years Then 1 Day I get a Call From Max Life Insurance Company HR. Miss Snehi .She Offered Me A job In Max Life As Assistant Agency Development Manager (AADM) Like All I never worked in a Big Organization Like Max I am Ready to Work on Same Package only a Little hike is Given By Them But Approx. Same Salary But As I Mentioned I am Manger Their in This Company I thought It is fun working in this huge company but after 1 month everything is changed They pressurize me to go out on sales call and get some agents but I am completely new To this Channel I don't know who to Approach But having pressure from boss I have to go in Field and Search for Some Potential Persons who wants to work with me After Searching I have Made A team of 8 Peoples And starts working but After 6 Months I Quit job And search for something which is meant just for me But As we all know there is nothing in Market which is for u Its you who Had to Change According the Job Then I Switched to Banka Channel Of Tata Aia Life Insurance In HDFC Bank Where i am Currently Working.......
