I am very interested in linguistics, especially Sociolinguistics, which is what fuels my passion for this work. I enjoy learning and am very intellectually inquisitive so helping others with Academic projects suits me. My creative writing comes from a place of admiration, for classics such as Browning, Yates, Plath, Shakespeare and so many more wonderful writers that I have spent time studying closely. I have great interests for these but I also enjoy helping people- especially helping them see the good within themselves. During job interviews or resumes, many people struggle with being able to write well about themselves or shed light on their amazing experiences and this is why I am here to help because I will see you more objectively than you see yourself.
My skills in English come from growing up in India and Singapore in International Schools. Being taught by those Native to English and being brought up in a household which only spoke English, English is my first and native language by nature. I have learned colloquialisms from most areas of the world because of my years in an International school. I am comfortable with British, American, Australian and Asian English colloquialisms and am comfortable blending in with those groups of people in conversation. I have taken the SATs in English and have written the Essay and have proof of my full score in the Essay and high English score if you would like to see these things.
I have experience in writing Academic Essays, Blog articles, Journalistic articles, personal creative writing in the means of Vignettes, Poems, Short Stories and even books. This has mainly come from my work throughout my schooling but has also come from aiding others through Freelance work. I have worked in Digital Marketing for two companies (will share the names and some work upon request) and can write these kinds of blurbs as well. I have also worked as a ghostwriter for a few published books.
