I have been a Personal Assistant for nearly four years. I have worked as aide for individuals, small companies and non-profits.
I have experience in managing phone and email correspondence, scheduling diaries,meetings and travel arrangements. I have data entry work experience a it is my responsibility to keep my clienteles files and date organised and secure. I am well versed in all Microsoft applications, along with most Adobe applications. I also do research work when required for clientele looking to source particular items, people and work. I am computer literate and i am also adept at using HTML/CSS for when my assistance is required in the upkeep of any employers websites and developments, along with any social media content. My main role is to devise efficient systems for my clients so that they do not need to bother with menial and admin tasks that could take up their time, for example transcription and filing and handling non- pertinent enquiries.
I have worked as a personal assistant for both professional and personal needs of my employers, i.e organising meetings with potential to donate to particular non-profits to ordering shopping (food, clothes etc) and managing personal finances- paying bills, scheduling auto-payment etc.
I am a hard working, detail oriented and focused person who believes in delivering the best service and work possible whilst still maintaining a professional yet warm relationship with prospective employers. I am organised to a fault, efficient and fluent in English and Somali whilst speaking French and Arabic conversationally.
