I am very confident to handle all responsibilities listed on my skills because of my experience online as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English). My experience on Upwork as a Customer Service Representative has gained me knowledge on bringing more business deals to the company taking into considerations cost effectiveness and efficiency with the agreed terms and conditions of the company. Working with hundreds of customers daily has enabled me to gain so much experiences and this has always been my goal, to satisfy all counter-parties for the smooth running of this chain and to achieve optimum results and objectives.

Work Terms

I am available within the range of 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM GMT+1, Mondays to Fridays and 2 weekends out of 4 in a month.

Interested in both hourly jobs and Fixed priced jobs.

My preferred communication platform is Skype but remain flexible to any changes.
