My name is Joseph Nduati Mbito. I am a 32 year old Kenyan resident.

I am a Certified Public Accountant with ten (10) years of experience both as a Freelance Accountant and as an employee. I have also operated as a Project Manager for eight (8) years.

I have applied my skills while working as an accountant in an I.T retail firm (5 years), Construction firm (5 years) and a Real Estate firm (2 years). In these organizations I have been credited with creating accounting systems and procedures and producing financial statements that meet the set accounting standards.

I have further been able to work as a Project Manager in a power line construction firm (2 years), building and civil works construction firm (5 years) and real estate firm (2 years). In these organizations I managed to create processes and procedures that led to successful implementation of projects.

Over the years, I have developed skills in the following;

1) Formulation and implementation of business processes.
2) Preparing financial statements and management accounts as well as other relevant reports.
3) Interpretation and analysis of financial statements and managerial accounts.
4) Performing accounting tasks e.g bank reconciliations, preparation of payrolls etc
5) Managing and streamlining operation of both large scale and small scale projects.

I have a passion of working with start up companies as I take immense pride in seeing them shape up into strong entities guided in some way or form by my professional input.

I have operated most of these roles concurrently. i.e Being an Accountant and Project Manager at the same time.
