I'm Neal, an independent freelance web designer/developer and photographer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I've been in the field of design and development for over 15(!) years and I'll work hard for you to make sure I deliver the website you're looking for. If you need a website, or just help with something web related, I'm here for you.

Work Terms

I've done large-scale websites and small websites. After speaking with you, I'll give you an honest assessment that we can agree upon with a set due date. As long as I have the necessary assets from you to complete the project, there is absolutely no reason I would go past our deadline. I prefer email communication, and I'm open to phone calls or video conferencing as well.
