I'm Neeraj Jain, an electromechanical engineer with more than 12 years industrial experience in Process Engineering, SPM design & development, Jig fixture design, Low cost Automation, Manufacturing process. I'm a good innovator and professional Engineer.

I offer the below services.
• Special purpose machine(SPM) design as per requirement & BOM creation
• Jig, fixture, enclose design as per product & process requirement
• Design material handling equipment & low cost automation using pneumatic, hydraulic, motors, conveyors etc.
• 3D modeling on SOLIDWORKS & CREO parametric.
• 2D drawing from 3D drawing for manufacturing with required GD &T and materials.
• Standard material (BOP) & manufacturing material selection for SPM & jig fixture.
• Complex assemblies and their motion analyses.
• Finite element analyses of parts on SOLIDWORKS.

Work Terms

Open for hourly & day basis, payment in 3 slot, 60% first with 3D completion & handover, next 30% after 2D completion, last 10% with Bill of material & all activity done as per requirement.
