Hello,
I am Neha, a BA(Hons) graduate in Communication Design (2010), and have worked as a visual & brand designer for 14+ years. I have also led design teams on various branding and design projects.
After working for a number of renowned design agencies in Delhi and Gurgaon, I had the chance of co-founding and starting up a design and digital marketing agency in 2016, where I was heading the design team along with looking after operations to ensure a smooth running business.
In my position as the co-founder and design head at Socioar, I was responsible for hiring new designers, training them, and managing a team of over 10 designers. I have established creative strategies, budgets, and scheduling for all my design projects. I keep my team motivated to get the most out of their designs and to ensure they are keeping up with project deadlines.
As a brand designer, I have worked on branding projects across sectors like F&B, Retail, Fashion, Social Sector, EVs, etc., and created brand stories and brand identities along with design systems & brand guidelines that help the clients seamlessly apply the design across communications through their internal teams & vendors in the future. I have also worked on print, packaging, websites & apps, and social media designs from idea to execution.
I am a firm believer in design as a tool for problem-solving, a seamless value addition, and aesthetic reinforcement.
