I'm a certified Qiuckbooks Online ProAdvisor, though the certificate in the portfolio shows that is for the Asia edition, however, there's little difference when it comes to other regional versions/editions. Mostly just the user-interface.

I've spent 2 years as a Tech Support for Quickbooks Pro/Premier, the US desktop version, and that's where I picked up my bookkeeping skill. Worked my way bottom-up, started as a front-liner call taker and after 6 months in the roles, I was chosen to be part of the Escalations Team where I handled calls from the front-liners. Eventually, after a year being part of the escalations team, I was chosen to be a Subject Matter Expert where in my role was the primary support, go-to-guy of a team of front-liners.

So you can say that I have the best of both worlds, the online and desktop version.

I do touch typing where I don't look at the keyboard when I type, thus, I can complete transaction entries faster. Plus, I use a dual-monitor computer setup where I can put the source document on one screen and on the other screen is Quickbooks. It facilitates my entries into Quickbooks to lessen even further the completion time.

I can work 8am to 12mn (GMT +8), when it comes to US EST, it's gong to be 8pm to 12pm (the next day).
