My name is Neil Locke, I am founder of Rellik Web Design, which I just opened in 2015. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas I have over 11 years of freelance experience. I try not to limit myself to being great at one thing but learning as much as possible.Computers have been in my life since I was a child and I always loved anything related with web or graphic design so I started to design at the age of 14. I spend my whole day, practically every day, experimenting with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, animations & motion graphics.
