Neil was great. He turned around the article within a few hours of accepting our bid. The first draft needed some revisions, but I just had to explain in a few sentences, and he caught on quickly and made the changes with very good grace, telling me I had given him excellent feedback. Some writers are hard to work with and don't accept feedback in the right spirit, Neil was very easy to work with and a good writer. I highly recommend him.
