I convert hand sketches and architectural blueprints into professional marketing floor plans for real estate agents and property developers.

Neira is a BS Architecture graduate. She was involved in several companies including design group for high-rise condominiums, interior fit-out for restaurants, home renovations. Her last job was a floor plan editor for 2 years and stepped up for Senior Quality Controller for floor plans in the next 2 years.

Work Terms

I prefer a fixed price contract. Can converse in English decently.
