I'm an accomplished producer, showrunner, director, and screenwriter with an ever-growing career in independent film, documentary series, and digital programming. Based in New York City, I'm known for its heartful and grounded emotionality, bringing rich, human stories to life with visual dynamism and melodic pacing.
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I'm a bilingual creative powerhouse fluent in both English and Spanish. My career began with a strong foundation in short films, with my first two projects premiering at the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival, Urbanworld Film Festival and the Katra Film Series. These early works not only won the 2014 IndieWorks Film Series but also secured distribution through IndieFlix, marking the start of my journey in filmmaking.
My expertise and vision were further honed through my role as a showrunner for Complex Networks, where I produced and directed multiple series for the digital giant. I have has also served as director for The Magus Films, a bilingual production company based in Miami and New York City, where I directed a corporate responsibility campaign for BankUnited. My most recent writing piece, a short film titled "The Girls Next Door" also with The Magus Films, has garnered significant recognition. It won Best Short Script at the Los Angeles Film Awards, was a semifinalist at the ScreenCraft Film Fund competition and the Outstanding Screenplay Shorts competition, received an Honorable Mention at the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition, and was a quarterfinalist at the New York International Screenplay Awards.
My latest directorial piece, a fragrance spec commercial for Boy Smells’ perfume LES, is a testament to my ability to blend fantasy, magic, and expression with a deep understanding of contemporary cultural narratives. And so is my latest production "ATTAGIRL!" a co-branded short film for MAC Cosmetics and Brujita Skincare.Together, these two projects serve only as a sample of my keen understanding of current funding and production trends in the space of media, advertising and independent film production.
