  It's getting better. I am going to assume that these guys are not used to working with someone who can not speak, so it was tough to get them to understand that email / text is my only form of communication. I feel like this issue is getting better. Communication is key in these projects and this company needs to learn (especially with the time difference) how to use email for updates, progress reports, etc - as well as letting us Americans (who have no clue about overseas holidays) when holidays will effect production. My programmer is also getting better. In the beginning I felt like I was being cheated and hours were being padded, but at this time I am seeing some pretty good progress, and I am almost 95% confident that we will be able to do a V1 launch on time.

  We are becoming a bit skeptical about the hours. We seem to have used quite a bit of hours quite quickly and expected a bit more progress. Quality of work is above and beyond excellent, so we are going to continue and see of we can investigate to justify the hours.
