How far will you let me take you?

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science. When I was still studying I have a lot of freelance work, I would just like to mention two of my favorite work - Paralegal and Lecturer. I have been working with lawyers before doing case research, providing clerical assistance and assisting clients. I was also a lecturer of a small firm, we conduct leadership training to secondary and tertiary schools. Everyday I do things which leads me closer to my dream. I am living alone and I send my self to school, so I need to maximized what I have.

September of 2014 I decided to join IT-BPM industry. It was very hard for me to adjust the nature of work on the first 2-3 months however as time goes on I started to love what I am doing.

I have been working as a Technical Support at SYKES ASIA Cebu, Philippines for 6 months and have developed impeccable phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. During my tenure, I was able to hit the company’s target on CSAT, QA and attendance to work.

My short experience at SYKES ASIA Cebu, Philippines has helped me improve my leadership skills, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and provided me with knowledge on how to give real time resolution when fixing internet connection and phone issues.

Currently I am employed at Sutherland Global Services Davao, Philippines as Technical Support for anti-virus software. I’ve been working with this company for 11 months now. My duties include 29 inbound calls a day with 14 minutes average handling time.

I am one of the lead technicians in our campaign and I am accepting three lines of business – Core products, Sales and Retention, Mac and Mobile. These three LOB’s will only be handled by an agent who passes the training and assessment.
I was awarded Perfect Platinum Attendance last December 2015 and this year I received Platinum Leadership Award 2016. These are just two of a few great achievements working with my current employer.
