A highly committed and experienced L&D professional

An avid ex-Banker (1996-2004), I bring forward eight years of Corporate Banking experience in several reputable Banks in the U.A.E (Abu Dhabi), namely: MashreqBank, ABN AMRO and ADIB. My rich finance experience in Corporate Banking has been an asset in designing and delivering several standard & customized business training courses and business solutions.

In addition to the above, I took up roles as ORACLE Senior Applications Consultant & Track Leader (2004-2006) – in which I was a key participant in the implementation of major projects which involved selective deployment of ORACLE E-business CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications for strategic Banks in Egypt in addition to selective lines of businesses, e.g. automobile industry (Toyota Du Maroc - Morrocco). These major projects were intended to enhance corporations’ profitability through maximum utilization of customer’s data. During that time, I also delivered several ORACLE standard courses for corporate clients implementing ORACLE solutions.

Subsequently, for the past thirteen years (2007-2020), I embarked on enhancing the business and interpersonal skills of thousands of employees in the Middle East.

Also, I was interviewed several times on “The Breakfast Show” and “Women’s World”
programs hosted on Nile International TV Channel. Am presently writing a book on a soft skills topic.

I deliver a wide range of courses: Management and Business Development, Interpersonal Skills and technical IT courses (ORACLE applications).
I facilitate programs & implement consultancy projects for several organizations ( in-person and virtual). Also, I undertake material development.

Leaving a 'Waw' customer experience is my top priority. I consider myself to be
