Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

As a freelancer offering Shopify website design services on Guru, I am available to work on your project during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (EST)
Please note that these hours may be subject to change, and I will always do my best to accommodate your needs and schedule. If you have an urgent matter or require immediate assistance outside of my regular hours, please don't hesitate to contact, and I will do my best to respond promptly.

Payment Terms:

For all projects, I require a 50% deposit upfront to secure the project and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before final delivery. Payment terms are as follows:

PayPal or bank transfer are accepted payment methods
Invoices will be sent via Guru's payment system
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month
