Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (your local time). While I focus on these core hours, I can accommodate special requests for urgent tasks outside of this timeframe based on my availability.

Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: My standard rate is $20 per hour. For long-term projects or recurring work, I offer competitive flat rates tailored to your needs.

Invoicing: Invoices will be issued bi-weekly or upon project completion. Payments are due within 10 days of receipt to ensure continued service.

Payment Methods: I accept payments through Guru’s secure payment system. Additional methods such as PayPal.
Deposits: For new clients or larger projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Preferred Communication Style:
Communication Channels: I prefer to communicate via Guru’s messaging system for project-related discussions.
Response Time: I strive to respond to messages within 1 hour during business hours. For urgent issues, please indicate the priority in your communication.

Project Updates: Regular updates will be provided based on project milestones or deadlines, ensuring you stay informed about progress and developments.

Confidentiality and Termination: All information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Either party may terminate the working relationship within 1 day of notice, with payment due for any completed work.
