Work Terms

My hours of operations depend on the job, however, I try to keep some part of the weekend open to spend with my family. My payment terms are typically 1/2 upfront and the remainder upon delivery of the finished project but I am flexible enough.I prefer communication by email or text so that if there is any question about what was communicated to me I have documentation. This protects both myself and the client.
