Project Manager (remote) Experienced Management Consultant

So - you have a great strategy but you're not sure how to implement it?
Or you have an existing project that simply isn't going anywhere?
Or you need a specialised project but don't have the resources (and don't want to hire permanent staff)?

I design and deliver projects. Remotely.

With qualifications in Economics, English and Law, I'm numerate, literate and logical.
And with 25 years of mainstream management consulting experience (including Ops Director of Gemini Consulting, South Africa), I'm also versatile.

Specific areas of expertise include:
- Project design, oversight and delivery
- Business planning
- Balanced scorecard (strategy implementation, KPIs, targets)
- Research projects (macro-environmental, market sizing, feasibilities)

Projects are managed on an agreed part-time (remote) basis at an agreed (affordable) rate. Also happy to commit to a fixed fee (rather than an hourly rate) if you prefer.
