Late blooming web developer ready & willing to bring your vision to life
After spending the better part of a decade working in the food service industry in every position from dish pit to management, it finally dawned on me that the only way to advance in that field is to own the place yourself. So in my mid twenties I decided to go back to school, earned my degree from the University of Richmond in IT Management, and never looked back.
Now is the fun part, breaking into a new field and culminating my portfolio so hopefully we can help each other out. I am used to living way below my means and I have never been a greedy man so I am more than happy to undercut my competition wherever possible. A wise man once told me that anything is negotiable, and the only thing that is truly in abundance is time. I believe this at my very core, so if you have an idea go ahead and drop me a line, I will always be willing to listen and hopefully learn from anyone who crosses my path!
Work Terms
The beautiful thing about web development is that you can work any time, anywhere, so long as there is an internet connection (and there's even ways around that!). There are no restrictions!
That said I have done this a few times and I'm quickly learning the importance of establishing project scope from the start. Don't worry though, we can work through this together! Aside from that I have had a few instances where it took aeons to get paid for services rendered, so personally I am a big fan of functionality milestones but rest assured I am always willing to discuss anything with anyone. Where there is a will, there will always be a way!
