Salesforce.com Consultation\Administration

I'm certified Salesforce Consultant with 5+ experience in Saleforce.com CRM Administration and Analytics. 
I have a huge experience in terms of reports\dashboards building and data cleanup as well as Salesforce.com CRM configuration\administration\analytics\consulting. I've posted series of articles regarding successful usage of the best practices implemented (by me) in the big international company:

My current primary job role as a Business Process Manager at Acronis is consisting of actualization and localization and enhancement of business processes at one of the leader of Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions vendor.
