I am a British photographer and Photo Editor currently living and studying in Denmark. I joined Guru in hopes of being able to continue my work as a freelancer to make a bit of money on the side.
I have seven years of photography experience in a variety of projects. These range from working for a Danish NGO documenting day-to-day life and projects in Greenlandic settlements, to event and lifestyle photography. My work has been featured in numerous international publications as well as used as the primary communication content for organisation, Foreningen Groendlandske Boern.
I specialize in lifestyle, travel and landscape photography, as well as event photography. Throughout my seven years experience, I have used a range of different photographic equipment, and worked both on digital and analog mediums, thus I can be highly adaptable. All of my professional photography undergoes high-standard post-processing, which has given me 6 years experience in retouching and using photo editing software. I do however still like to keep my photography looking as natural as possible, therefore I only tend to use natural lighting in my photography. I do have advanced skills in editing both lighting and colour where needed however. I primarily use Lightroom and Photoshop in the editing process. Overall, I just really enjoy the whole photographic process, particularly the editing, so being able to freelance and gain new experiences from every client is a lot of fun!
Examples of my work can be found on my website at Nabraham.com. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me - I will be more than happy to assist with your photographic needs.
Work Terms
I am currently very flexible with time, and can dedicate 30+ hours a week to freelance work. I am most active in the evenings (UTC+1 timezone), however this is also adaptable to the client. In all of my work projects I am for a fast turn-around while paying close attention to detail - I am a bit of a perfectionist, so all work I complete has to be to my best standard! For me, the most important thing with freelance work is effective communication. The best work is always done when I understand the clients needs to the fullest, so I can ensure I meet their needs to an optimal standard. I am therefore always easy to get hold of, and always deal with clients in the friendliest manner.
