I am self-motivated, HR and Administrative professional with over twelve years Human Resources experience in small and medium sized organizations. I have a passion for training, fostering healthy working relations and strengthening human capital.

In my present position at Wisynco Group Limited I am responsible for Recruiting, Processing and Orientation of new employees for our Beverage Division and Wisynco Foods Limited inclusive of over sixteen (16) Domino’s Pizza and Wendy’s stores. Along with my recruiting experience I also have knowledge and experience in formulating HR Policies and Procedures Manuals, as well as chairing of disciplinary hearings..

In my former position at the Jamaica Exporters Association, I was responsible for overseeing the Performance Management and Review Process and was also responsible for drafting the performance standards and objectives for each position. I was introduced to aspects of Project Management, and assisted in the preparation of TORs and other project related documents for Special Project Consultants.

I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training, which has provided me with the foundation and knowledge needed to guide the learning/training process and effect a permanent change in behaviour within the workforce. I also have a abscess in Human Reaources Management and an Associaye Degree in Business Studies.

Work Terms

I am transitioning from fully employed to fully self employed and should be available upward of forty (40) hours per week. I am available via telephone, email, Skype and any other methods available to us.
