Nicola provided a top level service to me. My project was very difficult and the audio quality not good. Nicola was a good communicator and provided a document of outstanding quality. Nicola kept me informed and updated through the project and made suggestions when she came across any problems. She also made my deadline. I can't rate her highly enough. She was amazing - well done!!
