The majority of my career has been a baptism by fire, which is the best way to learn. I am hard working, committed, and approach each job with enthusiasm and gratitude.
The foundation of my career was built on working in a supportive role- first as an Executive Assistant, and then as a Chief of Staff for multiple businesses in industries as diverse as B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Hospitality and Property Management. Working up the ranks over the course of my 15+ year career assisting executive leadership teams and managing multiple multi million dollar projects, I gained a unique understanding of the logistical ailments of an Executive or business owners day to day schedule.
Small business owners succeed when they are 1. managing their time effectively, and 2. able to maintain a fresh birds-eye view of all operations, projects and communication streams. For a small business owner, without the proper executive support in place, it is almost impossible to achieve this, when the day to day minutia overweighs the ability to see things from a larger perspective. I can assist you by either taking things off your plate and freeing up your calendar, or by delivering a fresh approach to your operations.
Work Terms
I operate on the EST, and am available for work Monday-Friday. I thrive on articulate communication, so as much as I can learn about a project or job initially, and the more questions I can ask, the more quality work I can produce.
