I am a creative and innovative Sales Training and Development leader with experience leading large Global Sales Training Teams. My work and management style is guided by four main tenets: ?Trust, Mastery, Cross-Training and Excellence.

I have concepted, built, launched and facilitated numerous, effective Sales Training Programs that deploy a blended learning approach to ensure each type of learner achieves mastery and reaches their full potential.

I coach Sales Reps 1:1 to help unlock their personalities, follow the rules and give them the skills to learn to continually evolve their understanding of their target buyer, influencer, market and competitive landscape.

I develop the outreach process, test and segment messaging for Start ups and more mature SaaS companies. I work with Sales Leadership to develop, test and test again to determine the best approach for the company and the team to capture market share with the goal of quickly scaling and capturing market share.

Work Terms

Available on an as needed basis. I enjoy various project work as well as administrative task oriented work that supports either a special project or a team.. I like high pressure last minute work including 1-2 day projects which seems a bit crazy, but having a career history laden with that type of pressure, I have learned to thrive under tight deadlines.

I have flexible payment terms, however, when possible I would like to be paid half up front and/or weekly with a final payment due upon completion of a project. We can discuss other arrangements if this is not a plan suitable to your company's standard payment terms.
